- 400 g of beef carpaccio

- 100 g of celery


- 150 g of carrots

- 150 g of celeriac

- 1 untreated lemon


- 1 bunch of parsley

- 2 sprigs of rosemary

- 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


- salt and pepper

How to prepare beef carpaccio with lemon flavored vegetables

Squeeze the lemon and cut the peel into thin strips eliminating the white part.
