Beef stew with paprika with cream and tomato

How to make a paprika beef stew, recipe with cream and tomato sauce to cook in a pan with butter until a pink sauce is obtained.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 teaspoon of flour

- 2 cups of cream


- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

- 500 gr beef fillet tail

- 30 g of butter


- 1 generous pinch of paprika

How to make paprika beef stew

Cut the meat into thin slices which in turn must be divided into fillets about one centimeter wide each.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the meat, stirring often, cooking it on high heat for 4 minutes.

Spread salt, paprika and flour on the meat, continuing cooking for an additional minute, after which add the cream with the tomato puree, until a pink sauce is obtained, continuing cooking for another two minutes, allowing the cream to consume until formation of a dense gravy.
