Once this is done, place the piece of meat in a large pan and put it in the refrigerator, covered, to let it rest for two hours.

After mixing oil and vinegar in another pan, add the chopped tomatoes and parsley.

Clean, wash and cut the pepper into strips wide enough to combine with the rest.

Pour everything into the same pan where the turkey is located and put back in the refrigerator, where it will leave to marinate for about three hours, turning the piece of meat occasionally.

Finely chop the bacon, put it in the pan and add the turkey breast, making it brown everywhere on a moderate heat, then pass the container in the hot prepared oven and cook for about sixty minutes, adding little by little the marinade liquid.

When the meat is cooked, slice it with a sharp knife, then place it on the previously heated serving plate.

Pour the cooking juices over the slices of meat, which must have been previously passed through the vegetable mill, and serve hot.
