- 300 gr. peeled tomatoes
- 10 leeks
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation of leeks in a pan
Clean the leeks by removing the hardest external leaves and roots, wash them and cut the white part into fairly thick slices.
Put them in a pan with a little oil and cover them with the crushed peeled tomatoes and half a glass of water, salt and pepper.
Simmer slowly, moving them every so often, until the liquid has withdrawn.
