How to make the meatloaf, recipe with parmesan eggs, to be cooked in the pan, after having passed it in the breadcrumbs, together with the sauce with carrots.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 50 gr. of grated Parmesan
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 400 gr. of ground beef pulp
- 1 slice of bread
- milk
- 2 whole eggs

- 1 small onion
- 4 carrots

Preparation of meatloaf with breadcrumbs
Soften the slice of bread in the milk.
Wash and cut the carrots and celery, the onion into thin slices.
Mix the minced meat, the eggs, the slice of bread soaked in milk and squeezed, the grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Shape the meatloaf, pass it in the breadcrumbs and put it in the pan together with already hot oil and butter, brown it well and remove it from the pan.
In the same pan brown the onion, add the carrots and celery, cook them for a few minutes.
After putting the meatloaf back in the pan with the vegetables, cook it for about an hour by pouring the broth.
Leave it to rest for a while before cutting it into slices and sprinkling it with sauce.
