Very simple and light recipe to prepare an excellent pasta with melted butter and parmesan, the only two ingredients in addition to the chosen pasta, noodles are recommended.

- 400 g of noodles
- 100 g of parmesan
- 150 g of butter
- salt

Preparation
1) First of all put the plates to heat.
2) In the meantime, cook the pasta in abundant boiling water, with a spoonful of salt, respecting the cooking times indicated by the manufacturer.
3) After grating the Parmesan, melt the butter in a pan, waiting for it to become golden.
4) Drain the pasta in the colander, drain it, then mix it in a bowl with the melted butter.
5) Finally, place it on the heated plates sprinkling it with grated Parmesan cheese.
