How to make pasta with walnuts and arugula, recipe with pecorino romano with linguine, a simple and fast dish that combines the sweet taste of walnuts with the bitter taste of arugula.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of linguine

- 1 bunch of rocket


- 50 g of walnuts

- 100 ml of vegetable broth

- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil


- 100 g of pecorino romano

- salt

Preparation of the pasta with walnuts and arugula

Shell the walnuts and roughly chop them.


Wash the rocket, dry it well and break it up.

Toast the chopped walnuts in a pan with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, then blend them with the broth.
