How to make the asparagus and cheese plumcake by mixing the eggs with milk, flour, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, goat cheese and Gruyère cheese, a recipe to bake in the oven.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 250 g of shortcrust pastry

- 8 asparagus

- 3 eggs


- 100 ml of milk

- 100 g of goat cheese

- 2 spoons of Gruyere


- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare the asparagus and cheese plumcake

Grease and flour a plumcake mold, then line it with the shortcrust pastry and bake at 190 ° C for 12 minutes.

Clean the asparagus, boil them in salted water and drain them.

In a bowl beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Add the flour sifted with the yeast, the extra virgin olive oil flush, the goat cheese and the Gruyere cheese.

With the mixture obtained, fill the mold lined with brisée pasta alternating with the asparagus.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
