- 8 slices of pickled bacon

- 1/2 liter of Nebbiolo red wine
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4-5 cloves

Divide the pork tenderloin into 4 parts, wrap it in the pickled bacon and brown it in a pan until the outside of the bacon becomes crisp.
