How to make roasted guinea fowl with minced meat filling and broccoli garnish, what is needed to prepare the recipe and how to cook it in the oven.
Ingredients for 6 portions
- cinnamon powder
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 vegetable nut
- 1 clove of garlic
- 600 gr frozen broccoli
- 1 guinea fowl of about 1 kg already boned
- 300 gr minced meat
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped thyme
- 4 spoons of breadcrumbs

How to cook roasted guinea fowl with filling
Arrange the minced meat in a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese, thyme, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, a pinch of cinnamon and knead these ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Spread the guinea fowl on an oiled aluminum sheet and sprinkle it with the crumbled nut.
With the filling form a sausage, put it in the middle of the guinea fowl, then roll up and seal the ends.
Put in the preheated oven at 200 ° C and cook for about 40 minutes.
In the meantime, heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan with the peeled and crushed garlic clove, add the broccoli and brown, then salt and pepper.
As soon as the vegetables are tender, sprinkle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and remove from the heat.
Serve the stuffed guinea fowl cut into slices and surrounded by vegetables.
