Savory asparagus pie

- gr. 150 of Parmesan cheese


- gr. 150 of flour

- 3 eggs

- gr. 70 of butter


- half onion

- a small pack of cooking cream

- extra virgin olive oil


- salt and pepper

Preparation of the savory asparagus pie

Prepare the pasta by mixing the flour, an egg and the butter, water and salt to tie, make a ball and put it in the refrigerator.

Clean the asparagus, cut them into slices and cook them with the onion, oil, salt and pepper.

Some tips keep them aside to garnish the cake after blanching for a few minutes in a little salted water.
