How to make walnut and cream sauce, sauce recipe designed to season pasta in a simple way, ideal for enhancing the flavor of a tasty first course.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 80 walnut kernels

- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese


- 3 tablespoons of cooking cream

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- salt


Preparation of walnut and cream sauce

Gather all the ingredients in a container, when the pasta cooked in salted water with a spoonful of coarse salt is half cooked, take a little of the cooking water, about 3 tablespoons, and add it.
