- 80 walnut kernels
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of cooking cream
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
Preparation of walnut and cream sauce
Gather all the ingredients in a container, when the pasta cooked in salted water with a spoonful of coarse salt is half cooked, take a little of the cooking water, about 3 tablespoons, and add it.
Blend everything with an immersion blender, until most of the walnut kernels are chopped, leaving only a few pieces slightly larger than the others.
