Baked orange sole fillets


How to cook baked orange sole fillets, recipe with white wine and water, adding orange juice, carrots, celery and chopped parsley halfway through cooking.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 600 g of sole fillets

- 80 ml of white wine

- 100 ml of water

- 40 g of celery

- 80 g of carrot

- parsley

- 2 oranges

- salt and pepper

How to prepare baked orange sole fillets

Wash the celery and carrot then cut them into thin slices.

Heat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put the sole fillets in an ovenproof dish, add the white wine, water, salt and pepper.

Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges and keep the juice aside.

Wash the parsley and mince it.

Remove from the oven the dish with the sole fillets and add the carrots, celery and chopped parsley.

Pour in the orange juice and put the baking dish in the oven again for another 5 minutes.

Serve the hot orange sole.
