Ingredients for 4 people

- 200 gr. of tender salad

- 80 gr. of emmental cheese


- 90 gr. of tuna in oil

- 3 eggs

- 2 ripe tomatoes


- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 2 tablespoons of vinegar

- salt and pepper


Preparation of boiled egg and tomato salad

Put a saucepan with water on the fire, when it boils, throw the eggs inside to make them hard with 10 minutes of cooking, after draining them and, once cooled under cold tap water, peel them and divide them into wedges with a well-sharpened knife.

Cut the emmental cheese into small pieces, then wash the tomatoes and, after drying them, cut them into wedges.
