- 60 gr butter

- very spicy paprika


- 800 gr potatoes

- salt

How to prepare boiled potatoes with paprika

Put a pan on the fire with half a liter of water to boil, in the meantime peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them by hand into slices about 3 millimeters high.


Lay them in boiling water and cook stirring frequently, until they lose the raw taste, it should take about 7 minutes.

Add water during cooking if necessary, but keep in mind that in the end the potatoes must remain almost dry.

Finally add the butter and paprika in the desired quantity, stirring to melt the butter before serving this pleasantly spicy side dish while still hot.
