- 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 boiled egg yolk
- 400 g of cod fillets

Preparation of cod fillets with potatoes
Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes after the resumption of the boil.
