How to prepare ricotta canapes with lettuce salad on slices of pan carré, recipe with few ingredients needed to serve a tasty and light appetizer.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 150 g ricotta

- 16 pan carré slices


- 8 lettuce salad leaves

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- freshly ground pepper


- salt

How to make ricotta and lettuce canapes

Remove the crust from the slices of pan carré, then wash and dry the lettuce leaves and arrange them in a bowl.

Emulsify oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl, then use the mixture to season the lettuce.


In another bowl, mix the ricotta with a fork, to make it creamy.

Arrange half the slices of bread on a plate and spread them with the ricotta, then place on each one a lettuce leaf already seasoned.
