Focaccia with gorgonzola: basic recipe with ingredients

How to make gorgonzola focaccia following the simple method of the basic recipe which also includes stracchino among the ingredients.


Ingredients for one person

- 1 round-shaped focaccia about 16 cm wide

- 30 gr. spicy gorgonzola


- 35 gr. stracchino

Preparation of the gorgonzola focaccia

Turn on the oven at 200 ° C, while waiting for it to warm up and reach the temperature, cut the focaccia in half horizontally, then arrange the gorgonzola and stracchino in small pieces alternately on the lower half.

Place this garnished half focaccia in a pan, to be placed in the oven on a central shelf, after about 3 minutes, place the other half of the focaccia in the same pan alone and cook for a further 3 minutes.

After this cooking time, remove from the oven and overlap half of the empty focaccia over the other, thus reassembling the initial focaccia now filled.
