Ingredients for 4 portions
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 tablespoons liquid whipping cream
- 40 gr bitter chocolate in bar
- 8 slices of pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
How to prepare the pineapple and banana fruit salad
Overlap the pineapple slices and cut them into 8 wedges, then transfer them to a bowl to serve.
Peel the bananas, not forgetting to also remove the filaments, and cut them into slices about half a centimeter high, to be combined in the bowl with the pineapple.
Add the pineapple juice, rum and sugar, then mix gently to mix.
