Carbonara pasta with bacon, easy method to prepare it using the few necessary ingredients, including eggs and parmesan, recommended spaghetti and al dente cooking.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 100 g of diced bacon
- 50 g of grated Parmesan
- 2 egg yolks
- salt and pepper
Preparation of spaghetti carbonara
Cook the bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy.
Put the spaghetti in a pan with abundant salted boiling water, and cook them.
Beat the egg yolks in an ovenproof dish, add the grated cheese and the freshly ground pepper, then place the container to heat in a water bath.
When the spaghetti are cooked, drain them, pour them in the same pan with the bacon, mix with the wooden spoon quickly and pour everything into the bain-marie dish.
