Guide that explains how to make stewed mushrooms, a recipe with mint and tomato that includes a cooking process in a pan with garlic cloves.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce

- olive oil


- half a kilo of fresh porcini mushrooms

- 3 cloves of garlic

- a sprig of mint

How to make stewed mushrooms

Scrape the soil, wash, dry the fresh porcini mushrooms and cut them into fairly thick slices.

In a saucepan, sauté with a little olive oil, the cloves of garlic and the mint, add the mushrooms and cook them on a low heat, halfway through cooking add the tomato puree.
