Beef stroganoff: recipe cut from fillet tail

How to cook beef stroganoff, a simple idea for a recipe that sees the tasty fillet tail as its main ingredient.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 gr beef fillet tail

- 30 g of butter


- 1 generous pinch of paprika

- 1 teaspoon of flour

- 2 cups of cream


- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Preparation of beef stroganoff recipe

Cut the meat into thin slices which in turn must be divided into fillets about one centimeter wide each.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the meat, stirring often, cooking it on high heat for 4 minutes.

Spread salt, paprika and flour on the meat, continuing cooking for an additional minute, after which add the cream with the tomato puree, until a pink sauce is obtained, continuing cooking for another two minutes, allowing the cream to consume until formation of a dense gravy.
