How to make boiled eggs in jelly, a recipe to be served sliced in a tray, with a side dish of shrimp tails and pickled vegetables to be arranged according to taste to obtain a pleasant visual effect.

- 100 g of shelled and cooked shrimp tails

- 1 cube of instant jelly

Prepare the jelly following the instructions on the package.
Arrange the eggs in a saucepan with boiling water and make them firm, cooking them for 10 minutes from the resumption of the boiling, after draining them and pass them under a jet of cold water to let them cool before shelling them.
Put the sliced eggs in a slightly deep tray and arrange around the shrimp tails with the pickled vegetables cut into slices, forming a pleasant composition.
Pour the gelatin over it and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, waiting for the gelatin to harden.
