Pan fried veal liver with butter and sage

How to cook slices of veal liver, a recipe with butter and sage, to be fried in a pan for a few minutes and to be served with lemon wedges on a heated serving plate.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g veal liver

- 80 g of butter


- 4 sage leaves

- half a cup of flour

- salt


- lemon wedges

Pan-fried veal liver

After cleaning the liver of the skin and bile ducts, wash and dry it well, then cut it into thin slices.

Flour the liver slices and fry them in the foamy butter for a few minutes together with the sage leaves.

Turn the slices over to cook them well on both sides, at the end of cooking place them on a very hot serving dish, decorating with wedges of lemon.

Sprinkle lightly with salt before serving hot.
