Ingredients for 4 people

- 200 g of pandoro

- 3 spoons of Rum


- 150 g of extra-dark chocolate

- 80 g of almonds

How to prepare pandoro truffles without chocolate and almond cream

Cut the pandoro into small pieces and put it in a bowl with the rum.


Knead with your fingers and form many balls.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and roll into the balls so that they are evenly covered with chocolate.

Cut the almonds into slices and toast them in a pan over low heat until they color.

Pass the pandoro balls in the almond flakes.

Let them cool on a tray at room temperature and serve them.
