Ingredients for 4 people
- 650 g of porcini mushrooms
- 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of oregano -optional-
- salt and pepper
How to prepare mushroom mushrooms
Carefully clean the mushroom stalks by removing the traces of earth, then lightly rub the chapels with a damp cloth and slice everything into thin slices.
In an earthenware pot, if possible, put the oil, garlic and oregano, optional.
Mix everything and cook over low heat for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms, add salt and pepper.
At this point, slightly raise the flame for five minutes, then lower it, remove the garlic and continue cooking for another twenty five minutes.
Serve hot.
