Psalm 143 complete

[1] Psalm. Di Davide. Lord, listen to my prayer, give ear to my supplication, you who are faithful, and for your justice answer me.

[2] Do not bring your servant to judgment: no living thing before you is righteous.

[3] The enemy persecutes me, tramples my life on the ground, has relegated me to darkness like the dead for a long time.

[4] My spirit languishes in me, my heart freezes.

[5] I remember the ancient days, I think back to all your works, I meditate on your wonders.

[6] I stretch out my hands to you, before you like parched earth.

[7] Answer me soon, Lord, my spirit is failing. Do not hide your face from me, so that it may not be like someone who goes down into the pit.

[8] In the morning let me feel your grace, for I trust in you. Let me know the way to go, because my soul rises to you.

[9] Save me from my enemies, Lord, I entrust myself to you.

[10] Teach me to do your will, because you are my God. May your good spirit guide me on flat ground.
