How to make quick meat sauce, simple recipe including beef and fresh tomatoes among the necessary ingredients, with the preparation and cooking process in the pan.


Necessary ingredients

- 500 gr of minced beef

- 1 carrot


- 1 celery rib

- 1 onion

- some basil leaves


- 300 gr. of fresh ripe tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste diluted in water

- 20 gr. of dried mushrooms


- a glass of olive oil

- a glass of red wine

How to prepare the quick meat sauce

Chop the carrot, celery, onion and basil and put them in a pan together with the minced meat, salt, pepper and glass of oil.

Sauté stirring often, add the glass of red wine and, after 15 minutes, the fresh peeled tomatoes and the tomato paste diluted in water.

Combine the dried mushrooms previously softened in lukewarm water and finely chopped, also pour their soaking water, being careful not to let go of the soil that could have been deposited on the bottom of the container.

Cook over low heat for about an hour.

If necessary, during cooking, add a few tablespoons of hot broth.
