Ingredients for 4 portions

- 400 gr frozen or fresh new potatoes

- extra virgin olive oil


- 1 vegetable or meat nut

- 1 leg of lamb weighing about 1 kg

- 1 clove of garlic


- 1 sprig of rosemary

- some mint leaves

- salt and pepper


Preparation of the roast leg of lamb with potatoes

Start by finely chopping the garlic clove together with the rosemary and mint leaves.

Using a small but well sharpened knife, make a few small incisions in the meat and fill them with the chopped herbs.
