How to cook rye bread, a simple recipe for a soup to be practiced with ease, a few ingredients, including onion and nutmeg, to be made with meat broth.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 8 dl of broth with meat nut

- 4 large slices of rye bread


- 1 small onion

- 40 gr. of butter

- nutmeg


- salt

Preparation of the rye bread recipe

Peel and wash the onion, then chop it and melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add the chopped onion with a pinch of salt, cook over moderate heat and stirring frequently, until it wilt and lightly brown in a time of about 7 minutes.

Heat the broth over high heat, prepare the slices of rye bread cleaned from their crust and divide them into equal parts of square shape, distributing them in four bowls.

When the broth is boiling, pour it on the bread and spread the onion on the surface, together with a sprinkling of nutmeg, as soon as this is done, serve immediately.
