Salad of cooked champignon mushrooms

How to prepare a cooked champignon mushroom salad, a recipe that includes green beans and speck among the few necessary ingredients, to be made in about 20 minutes of cooking.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 600 g of champignons

- 200 g of already cleaned green beans


- 100 g of speck

- 4 slices of homemade bread

- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


- 1 clove of garlic

- Origan

- balsamic vinegar


- salt and pepper

Preparation of cooked champignon mushroom salad

Boil the beans in salted boiling water, drain and keep them aside.

In a pan, heat the oil with the peeled and crushed garlic clove together with the mushrooms and cook until the latter have lost their vegetable water.

Add the speck cut into strips, 1 teaspoon of oregano, salt and pepper, then mix and add the green beans, cooking for a few more minutes.

Wet with a splash of balsamic vinegar and remove from the heat.

Arrange the slices of lightly toasted bread on a tray and cover them with the warm salad.
