Savory nut mousse with cream and parmesan milk

How to prepare salted walnut mousse, a recipe that includes, among the ingredients, cream and milk with Parmesan cheese and egg yolks, to rest for a few hours in the fridge.


Ingredients for 6 portions

- 1 vegetable nut

- 4 spoons of milk


- 50 gr of grated Parmesan cheese

- a sachet of jelly

- 250 g of whipping cream


- 150 gr of walnuts

- 2 egg yolks

- salt


- White pepper

Preparation of salted nut mousse

Chop the walnuts and add the Parmesan, the egg yolks and the nut dissolved in the hot milk.
