How to cook skewered pork livers, a recipe that includes roasted bread and bay leaves among the very few ingredients needed.


Ingredients for 4 people

- fennel seeds

- Bay leaves


- 600 gr. of pork liver

- pork net

- bread crumbs


- bread

- salt

- pepper


Preparation of skewered pork livers

Cut the pork liver into small pieces.

Chop some fennel seeds and bay leaves, then add salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.

With this mixture cover the whole surface of the pieces of liver and wrap them with the net.
