Stuffed puff pastry crescents: cheese recipe with anchovies

How to prepare the half-moon of filled puff pastry, a recipe based on cheese and anchovies, to be prepared in 15 minutes, to which must be added a cooking time of about 10 minutes.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 puff pastry disc of about 230 gr

- 100 gr fresh crescenza type cheese


- 4 anchovy fillets in oil

Preparation of stuffed pasta crescents

Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface, placing it on its parchment paper and obtaining many discs with a diameter of about 9 cm, with the help of pastry cutters.

Transfer the disks obtained on a sheet of parchment paper, then cut the crescenza and anchovy fillets into small pieces, the latter well drained from their preservation oil.


Place a piece of crescenza and a piece of anchovy in the center of each disc of pasta, then fold the discs in half, thus obtaining half-moons to be sealed well at the edges, with the help of damp fingers.

At this point, place the crescents on the oven pan, prepared lined with parchment paper, then put in a preheated oven at 200 ° C, cooking for 10 minutes.

To be served still hot, perhaps together with an aperitif.
