Almond chicken with cornstarch

How to cook the almond chicken with cornstarch, recipe with soy sauce to make a second dish to accompany with fresh seasonal vegetables.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 g of chicken breasts

- 100 g of almonds without the skin


- 100 ml of soybean oil

- 50 ml of soy sauce

- corn flour


Preparation of the almond chicken with cornstarch

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and flour them in the cornstarch.

Chop the almonds roughly.

In a pan heat 60 ml of soybean oil and brown the pieces of chicken until golden brown on all sides.


Just before the end of cooking, remove them from the pan and drain the oil, then put back the pieces of chicken.

In another pan pour the remaining soybean oil and lightly brown the almonds.
