Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 eggs

- 4 spoons of milk


- 8 asparagus tips

- 30 gr. of butter

- salt and pepper


How to make eggs in baked cocotte

Wash the asparagus tips and then divide them in half lengthwise.

After buttering four single-serving bowls and lay two halves of asparagus on the bottom of each.

Break the eggs one at a time and put one for each bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to flavor them together with a spoonful of milk.

Place the bowls in a pan that will be placed in the preheated oven at 180 ° C, respecting a cooking time of about 9 minutes.
