How to make brandy cooked ham, a recipe to be cooked in a pan with brandy and cream sauce, to obtain an intense and delicate flavor.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 slices of cooked ham weighing about 220 g each
- 40 gr of butter
- 6 spoons of brandy
- 6 spoons of liquid cream
Preparation of brandy ham
Clean the slices of cooked ham from the fat and divide them into two parts following the direction of the width.
Melt the butter in a large pan and lay the slices of cooked ham on it, cook over medium heat for about a minute on each side.
Distribute the brandy and cream in the empty spaces and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring until the right density of the sauce is obtained.
