How to cook a good cheese omelette, a simple recipe based on fresh eggs, fast and cheap that satisfies everyone, to be served still hot.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 6 fresh eggs
- 50 g of grated Parmesan
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make cheese omelette
In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the grated cheese.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan and as soon as it becomes light hazelnut pour the beaten eggs with the cheese.
Make the mixture spread on the bottom of the pan and, as soon as it starts to thicken in the center, remove the edges with the spatula and fold the omelette in two.
Let it brown for a few minutes and serve it hot.
