Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 chicken breast 500/600 gr

- 2/3 sage leaves


- 100 g of butter

- 250 ml of nut broth

- 50 g of cooked ham


- 30 g of dried mushrooms

- 2 tablespoons of Brandy

- 2 tablespoons of flour


- 10 cherry tomatoes

- salt and pepper

How to prepare chicken breast in foil with mushrooms and cooked ham

Wash the chicken breast, dry and flour it lightly.

In a pan with 50 g of butter and sage leaves, brown the chicken breast on both sides.

Wet with Brandy and let it evaporate, add the hot broth a little at a time and continue cooking for about 30 minutes, then add salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, soak the mushrooms in warm water for about 20 minutes, then squeeze them and brown them in a pan with the rest of the butter for 10 minutes.

Add the coarsely chopped cooked ham, cook for a few minutes and add salt if necessary.

On top of a sheet of parchment paper distribute the mixture of mushrooms and ham with a little of their sauce, place the chicken breast and the chopped cherry tomatoes on top, fold the sheet into a foil and close it well.

Put the foil on the plate and bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
