How to prepare a salad with lettuce and fennel, a very simple and tasty recipe to prepare in a short time and keep in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour, before seasoning with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 head of lettuce

- 3 whole fennel


- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

- salt and freshly ground pepper


How to prepare salad with lettuce and fennel

Wash the vegetables well.

Dry the lettuce and cut it into fairly thin strips, then put it in a salad bowl.

Cut the fennel into very thin slices and add them to the lettuce, mix and put in the refrigerator for about a quarter of an hour.

Just before serving, season with oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, then mix everything and serve.
