Ingredients for 4 portions

- 100 gr of raw ham

- juice of half a lemon

- 2 chicken breasts of about 200 gr each to be divided in half

- 4 tablespoons of oil

- 4 spoons of milk

How to cook milk chicken breasts

Flatten the chicken breasts, already divided in half by the butcher, with the meat tenderizer until the thickness of each is reduced to about one centimeter.

Put a large pan on the stove with a little oil and heat, then lay the chicken breasts on the bottom, cooking for 3 minutes on each side until golden.

In the meantime, prepare the raw ham cut into small strips about half a centimeter wide.

Add the ham to the pan and distribute the lemon juice over everything, then cover and reduce the heat, leaving to cook on medium heat for further 5 minutes.

After cooking, transfer the raw ham chicken breasts to a serving tray and pour the milk into the empty pan, stirring it over a high flame, until a thick sauce is poured over the chicken breasts before serving again hot.
