How to make an omelette with cooked ham, a recipe that explains in detail the preparation process that requires very few ingredients and little time, from cutting into small pieces of sliced ​​meat to the beating of the eggs, up to the final cooking in the pan.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 6 eggs

- 100 gr cooked ham cut in a single slice


- 2 tablespoons of butter

- a pinch of salt

Preparation of the omelet with cooked ham

Cut the slice of ham into small pieces and roughly, then heat with a little butter and leave to cool.


Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and add the ham.

Heat the remaining butter in the pan and, as soon as it becomes hazelnut colored, pour the mixture, making it expand on the bottom of the pan proceeding with a rotating movement and keeping the flame lively.

With a spatula, detach the edges, pushing them inwards and cook until the eggs thicken in the center.

Tap on the handle of the pan and slide the omelette towards the edge opposite the handle.
