Ingredients for 4 people
- 250 gr. of liquid cream
- 2 slice of 100 g cooked ham.
- 40 gr. of butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Preparation of the ham sauce for pasta
Boil the cream in a medium sized pan with high edges, to avoid overflowing it.
