How to make delicious biscuits based on flour, eggs, butter and sugar flavored with grated orange zest and vanillin, finally stuffed with chocolate and cream.


Ingredients for 6 people

- 250 g of white flour "00"

- 2 eggs


- 1 yolk

- 120 g of sugar

- 130 g of butter


- 1 orange

- 1 sachet of vanillin

- 200 g of dark chocolate

- 150 ml of fresh cream

How to prepare chocolate filled biscuits

In a bowl put the flour, eggs, yolk, sugar and softened and chopped butter, vanillin and grated orange zest.

Mix all the ingredients well, make a smooth and homogeneous ball, wrap it with plastic wrap and transfer it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread the pastry on a floured surface to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut the biscuits with a round pastry cutter.

Bake them at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and as soon as it is lukewarm add it to the whipped cream.

Take the biscuits out of the oven, let them cool and fill them with the chocolate mousse, pairing them two at a time, then sprinkle them with the icing sugar.
