How to cook eggs with potatoes, a simple recipe for making scrambled eggs cooked in a pan with butter, for a light and quick dish to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 eggs
- 2 medium or 1 very large potatoes
- 80 gr. butter
- salt
How to prepare scrambled eggs with potatoes
Peel and wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into slices of half a centimeter scarce, then overlap the slices and obtain sticks no more than half a centimeter wide.
Melt the butter in a very large pan, until it foams, then add the potato sticks, salting and mixing them frequently, waiting for them to take the classic golden color, it should take a maximum of 7 minutes.
At this point, break the eggs in the pan, salt them and cook them over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring to mix the egg yolks with the egg whites lightly, the two parts of the egg must remain distinct from each other.
Finally serve immediately after cooking.
