- 2 heads of romaine lettuce

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice


- 6 spoons of liquid cream

- freshly ground pepper

How to prepare French salad

Clean and remove the leaves outside the lettuce, wash it, dry it and cut it thinly.

Put the prepared salad in a salad bowl and season it with a little salt dissolved in lemon juice, a pinch of pepper and the not too thick cream.

Stir thoroughly and serve on the table.
