Fried eggs with butter


How to cook fried eggs with butter, an easy recipe that explains the quick preparation process which involves cooking for only five minutes.

Ingredients for 1 person

- 2 fresh eggs

- 30 g of butter

- salt

How to prepare fried eggs with butter

Put the butter in a small pan, brown it until it becomes dark golden, then peel the eggs in a saucer and pour them into the pan.

Salt only the egg white and, when this has the right consistency, serve immediately on the table.

The yolk must not be congealed.
