How to make steak with yogurt sauce, recipe with gherkins to be cooked in a pan using beef in the fillet for greater tenderness.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 gr of beef steaks in the fillet

- 40 g pickled gherkins


- 6 spoons of yogurt

- half a spoonful of chopped parsley

- salt


Preparing the steak with yogurt sauce

Finely chop the gherkins and mix, in a small bowl, the yogurt, the parsley and a pinch of salt.

Place a fairly thick pan with a non-stick inner coating on the stove, placing a piece of white paper on the bottom.

As soon as the paper darkens at the points in contact with the bottom of the pan, remove it and put the steaks in the pan.

Cook keeping the heat lively, calculating about two minutes for each part, until they darken on both sides.

Serve hot, after having salted them, circulating the sauce separately, so that each guest can put as much meat on the meat as he wants, according to his personal liking.
