Fried eggs with white truffle

How to cook fried eggs with white truffle, a simple but very tasty recipe, for which the easy preparation procedure that requires few ingredients is described in detail.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 8 eggs

- 1 white truffle


- 50 gr butter

- 50 gr Parmesan cheese in one piece

- freshly ground white pepper


- salt

Preparation of fried eggs with white truffle

Gently brush the truffle, then pass it in damp paper napkins to remove any residue of mold.

Melt twenty grams of butter in a saucepan.


Divide the remaining butter in equal parts and place it in the four baking pans, to be placed on a very low heat.

Melt the butter, then break two eggs in each pan.

Season with salt and pepper slightly and, using the special truffle cutter, bring the slices of truffle directly onto the eggs in equal parts for each guest.

Cut in the same way, always using the truffle cutter, also the cheese, letting the very thin flakes descend on the truffle.

Finally, distribute the melted butter on the surface and pass the pans in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for a time of about ten minutes, or the time required to cook the eggs and melt the cheese.

Once this is done, the fried eggs with white truffle should be served still hot.
