How to cook butter potatoes in a pan

Guide to prepare buttered potatoes to cook in a pan, with a few necessary ingredients the recipe describes the simple steps to follow to cook this side dish.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 60 gr. butter

- 800 gr. potatoes


- salt

How to make potatoes cooked in a pan

Put a large pan containing a finger and a half of water, with the flame at a minimum so as not to boil it too soon.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into long, narrow sticks.

As soon as the water boils, throw the potatoes into the pan and cook by increasing the flame and stirring often, adding more water only the present one runs out, to arrive in about 7 minutes at the end of cooking.

Finally add the butter to melt, stirring gently before serving.
